This is the real train pass where people since the 70s have seen the Bunny Man ghost attack people and murder them.   In Fairfax county VA.    It's based on the fact that two nut jobs got away from the local nut farm and one hanged the other from the train crossing.   They found dead skinned bunny's for 4 years afterwards and then someone claimed the Bunny Man got killed by a train there.   But still he attacks people today.   Holy hell.    Don't stop for a dude in a Bunny Outfit.....Ever!
