Why do things in caves get big?

      This is the (COMMON) cave cricket.   The live in caves here in the US and all over the world.   I saw them on Ghost Hunters last night.   OMG these bugs are big.   Hell what eats them?   Think of the cave spiders who can eat these big boys.   Nightmares for everyone.
