Have we went back to the 60s?

I have seen more and more head shops in Watertown.   Why?   Are we as a town just that much into smoking stuff?   Do that many people buy bongs in Watertown that you need several shops?   Have to wonder where we are going as a township.

This crap has been the reason some are going into these places.   I never want to see it in any one's hands I know.   It's dangerous and it should not be sold.    If you have it, brighten up.   Stop being a dope.
