Who do we tell about the death?

I don't know what country this is or what the hell this dude is thinking.    It sure isn't here in this country.   The next pic. would be way to much to show.    I hope he got down okay.   Man talk about a dare-devil.  The dude is bare-feet up on a high power line.    Playing with the lines.    OMG....
